CNY Yoga Connection offers flexible options for teachers at every stage. Choose a plan with no monthly fee or upgrade for a dedicated teacher profile, lower booking fees, faster payouts, and additional tools.
When does the online booking fee apply?
The online booking fee applies only to payments processed through CNY Yoga. There is no booking fee for classes or payments handled outside the platform.
What does the online booking fee cover?
The online booking fee helps cover payment processing, secure online booking, payment management, and teacher payouts.
When do I get paid?
Free teachers receive payouts once per month. Teacher, Founding Teacher members receive payouts twice per month, generally on or around the 1st and 15th of each month, and Teacher Pro members will receive payouts weekly on Fridays.
What happens after my free 90 days?
After 90 days, you can continue with the Teacher plan for $19/month + the 5% online booking fee or move to the Free plan with no monthly membership fee and a 10% online booking fee. Your permanent Founding Teacher Badge remains with your account whichever plan you choose.
What is included with the Free plan?
The Free plan lets you list classes and events, manage multiple locations, accept online bookings and payments, sync your calendar, and use the mobile app with no monthly membership fee. Free includes a 10% online booking fee, monthly payouts, and does not include a dedicated teacher profile page.
Can I upgrade from Free later?
Yes. You can upgrade to the Teacher plan whenever you’re ready to add a dedicated teacher profile, receive twice-monthly payouts, and reduce your online booking fee from 10% to 5%
What is the Founding Teacher Badge?
A permanent badge displayed alongside your name, recognizing the teachers who helped build the CNY Yoga Connection community from the beginning.
What is the Teacher email forwarding address?
Teacher members receive a personalized @cnyyoga.com or @yogacuse.com email address, such as yourname@cnyyoga.com. Messages sent to this address are automatically forwarded to your existing email account, giving you a professional teaching address without another inbox to manage.
Email forwarding does not include a dedicated mailbox and does not allow you to send email from your Teacher email address.
What is included with the Teacher Pro email mailbox?
Teacher Pro members receive a full @cnyyoga.com or @yogacuse.com mailbox, allowing you to send and receive email directly from your CNY Yoga Connection address.
This gives you a dedicated inbox for your teaching-related communication and helps keep your yoga practice separate from your personal email.
What happens to my CNY Yoga Connection email address if I downgrade from Teacher Pro?
Your full @cnyyoga.com mailbox is included with Teacher Pro. If you downgrade from Teacher Pro to Teacher, your mailbox will remain active for 30 days to give you time to transition.
After 30 days, the full mailbox will be deactivated, and your @cnyyoga.com address will automatically transition to email forwarding to your designated personal email address.
If you downgrade to the Free plan, your @cnyyoga.com address will remain active for 30 days and will then be deactivated.
We recommend updating your contact information before the 30-day transition period ends.
What are Homepage Featured Class Opportunities?
Featured classes rotate based on availability and placement is not guaranteed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel your membership at any time.
